Keep your mind active with a Memory Care Kit. Each kit focuses on a unique topic and may feature books, games, or other interactive activities aimed at enhancing memory and promoting brain health. These kits are helpful for individuals with memory loss, dementia, Alzheimer’s, or any other cognitive challenges.
Guidelines
- Limit of one kit per library card.
- Kits are available at the Main Library.
- Kits can be placed on hold with a FCDL library card for pick up/return at any FCDL location. Two holds per card.
- All items must be checked out and returned together.
- Kits cannot be renewed and do not auto-renew.
- Return kits inside the library, not in the book drop.
- If an item(s) from the kit is lost or damaged, the cardholder will be charged for the cost of the item plus a nonrefundable processing fee.
- Please let staff know if there is a problem with the kit (needs new batteries or markers, etc.).
