Outreach

Outreach Services delivers library materials to local daycares, schools, senior care facilities, and homebound individuals on a monthly basis. We provide regular and large print reading materials, DVDs, and audiobooks. These collections are customized to have the types of materials that you or your organization needs.

For Institution Delivery Service: If your daycare, school, or senior care facility is located in Fairfield County and you are interested in learning more about having the library deliver materials to your institution, please call us at 740-653-2745, ext. 170 or print the Outreach Institution Application and return it to our Main location.

For Homebound Delivery Service: Residents of Fairfield County who are unable to visit the library due to mobility, health, or disability barriers may receive free permanent or temporary delivery of materials. If you are interested in learning more about this service, please call us at 740-653-2745, ext. 170 or print the Outreach Homebound Application and return it to our Main location.

The library also offers Talking Books to qualified individuals through our Outreach program. The Talking Books Program provides free recorded books, magazines, and playback equipment to blind, visually impaired, and reading disabled Fairfield County residents.
