Meme Contest

We're having a contest! For those who don't already know what a meme is, and to quote Wikipedia, a meme is "an idea, behavior or style that spreads from person to person within a culture." One form this takes is the humourously captioned images you see around Facebook, reddit, tumblr, and the rest of the Internet. Those are the memes that we want from you and you don't need to have photo editing skills to participate. Simply visit a meme generator, browse the images available (or upload one of your own), enter some amusing text, and you're done.

One example of a meme generator is the Cheezburger LOL Builder. This one has an image uploader, which allows you to upload your own photo and caption it amusingly. It also has a broad range of existing images to caption including cats, dogs, popular meme images, superheroes, and so on. Have fun!

Examples

LOLCat First World Problems Gandalf Hey Girl, the librarian version
Hey Girl, the librarian version The Giving Tree Happy Cat Lame Pun Raccoon
LT Major Lemur Nyan Library Card Paranoid Parrot Philosoraptor
