Meeting RoomsMeeting rooms at the Fairfield County District Library are available for educational, cultural, civic and governmental groups serving Fairfield County to conduct non-profit meetings and conferences. Meeting room space is available free of charge to eligible groups. Consult the Use of Library Premises Policy for complete guidelines on using Library meeting rooms. Meeting room space is available at the Main Library, Baltimore Branch, Bremen Rushcreek Memorial Branch, Johns Memorial Branch, and the Northwest Branch. Click on the location listed above to find out more about the facilities available at each location. Meeting room space may be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis, with Library use getting first priority. Each organization that requests the use of a meeting room must complete an application form to confirm the reservation. An organization may use meeting room space once per month and meeting rooms may be booked up to three months in advance. The Library does not automatically schedule forward for on-going meetings. Each group must contact the Library when it is time to reschedule. All meetings and events must be scheduled to occur during the Library's regular service hours. Meetings requiring clean up must end one half hour prior to the library's closing. To reserve meeting room space at the Main Library, contact the Main Library's receptionist at (740) 653-2745, ext. 100. To reserve meeting room space at any branch library, contact the location you wish to visit.
