The library's Winter Reading Program--Pop Open a Good Book--will start on January 2, 2013.
For every 10 days that you read for at least 15 minutes, you can earn a prize! Pick up a reading log at any of our branches.
The Reading Program runs until March 9, 2013.

Preschool Storytime: Monday, December 12 at 1:00 p.m.
Baby Storytime: Tuesday, December 13 at 10:30 a.m.
Family Storytime: Tuesday, December 13 at 11:30 a.m.
Toddler Storytime: Wednesday, December 14 at 10:30 or 11:30 a.m.
Saturday Storytime: Saturday, December 17 at 10:30 a.m.

Registration is not necessary.

The Main Library will be CLOSED from Friday, December 23 to Monday, January 2. We will reopen Tuesday, January 3rd.
All book drops will be locked. No materials will be due and no fines will accrue.

A special program filled with stories,
crafts, and fire truck fun!

Firefighters from the Lancaster Fire Department will be here to talk to the children, and a real fire engine will be parked in our Mulberry parking lot!

Phil and Bonnie Mackie have made and donated wooden toy fire trucks, which will be given away, one per family, while supplies last.
