Main Library Meeting Room SpaceMeeting rooms at the Fairfield County District Library are available for educational, cultural, civic and governmental groups serving Fairfield County to conduct non-profit meetings and conferences. Meeting room space is available free of charge to eligible groups. Consult the Use of Library Premises Policy for complete guidelines on using Library meeting rooms. Meeting rooms at the Main Library are located on the third floor. Seating:

The library does not provide: table linens, dish towels, dishcloths or disposable paper items. The food, beverage, and coffee supplies of the kitchen cupboards and refrigerator may not be used. Available Hours:
To make a reservation:Meeting room space may be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis, with Library use getting first priority. Each organization that requests the use of a meeting room must complete an application form to confirm the reservation. An organization may use meeting room space once per month and meeting rooms may be booked up to 3 months in advance. The Library does not automatically schedule forward for on-going meetings. Each group must contact the Library when it is time to reschedule. To make a reservation call the Main Library's receptionist at (740) 653-2745, ext. 100. Other Important Information:
